Join us for our thriving tutoring program!
For this program, tutors are matched one-on-one with a student. Each Wednesday evening, they meet together for homework help or extra reading practice. We continually find ourselves with more students than tutors, so your participation is very much needed and so appreciated by both the student and their parents! No experience necessary!
WHO DOES THIS PROGRAM SERVE?
This tutoring program is in its 14th year and we have 90 students coming each week from many different backgrounds and nationalities. Some are involved with the Christian Arabic Church, but many are local immigrants and refugees, maybe new to the area!
We serve all age ranges of children from Kindergarten through High School students.
WHEN DO WE MEET?
Wednesday evenings, from 6:45 - 7:45 at Third Church.
Our tutoring season runs for 10 weeks in the Winter (January 8 - March 25).
