Our mission partner, Blaine Lay with RCLI, will be here to give us an update on this ministry. The Richmond Christian Leadership Initiative (RCLI) equips Christian leaders in metro Richmond to collectively pursue good for the glory of God. They train emerging Christian leaders by shaping their hearts, informing their heads, and training their hands. This is done primarily through a 10-month intensive leadership program. RCLI also offers live events and digital content to invest emerging leaders in Richmond over time. RCLI started in 2007 and has over 335 alumni who have been shaped by their ministry.
