Servant Partners works alongside the urban poor to find Christian-based strategies to serve those in need. They see themselves as catalysts for change, and emphasize relationships, flexibility, creativity, and risk-taking in ministry.

In Richmond’s East End, Murray Withrow focuses on shepherding boys to become men, and men to become better men through the power of the gospel by way of evangelism, discipleship, and mentoring. In addition to meeting with boys and men for mentoring and discipleship, Murray engages the community through the Young Men’s Academy for middle school boys, Phantoms Basketball Team, men’s ministry network, and a house church.
