Lyle & Diana Thomas

Lyle and Diana Thomas have been serving the Russian peoples as Novo missionaries since 2006. Lyle’s main responsibility is to train leaders and build teams that will live out the love of Christ in their community. (A number of leaders have already received in- depth discipling from him and are effectively serving.) He accomplishes this through his ministry by focusing on strategic prayer, cultural outreach, strategy planning, care, oversight, and pioneering initiatives. Because of the war in Ukraine, the Thomas’ were forced to leave Russia for a time. However, God continues to use them and their team to teach, train and minister to Russians through online creative efforts. In 2022 they were able to launch their online school which can reach not only all of Russia, but the whole Russian-speaking world.
