International Cooperating Ministries
Founded in 1986, International Cooperating Ministries (ICM) is a 501(c)3 evangelical nonprofit located in Hampton, Virginia. The vision of ICM is to have a healthy, reproducing church within walking distance of each person in the world. ICM partners with indigenous church leaders to equip local churches with a permanent church building and practical discipleship material for oral learners. To date, ICM has built over 9,195 churches in 95 countries and has translated a complete Bible survey into 56 languages. This has resulted in more than 42,405 new church plants and millions of people discipled to reach their community for Christ.
Third Church and its members have had global impact by sponsoring 258 church buildings in 47 countries that provide a place of worship for over 44,848 believers all across South America, Eastern Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Far East, and Africa. In addition, because of Third Church and its members, new converts, existing believers and pastors have received theological pastoral training in North Africa from 2015 until 2019.
