We will be holding a congregational meeting on November 12 at 12:15 p.m. in the Sanctuary at Regency for the purpose of:

• Electing governing and parish elders, deacons, and trustees;

• Approving changes in call (salary increases) for Corey Widmer, Ed Satterfield, and Rick Hutton;

• Electing the nominating committee for 2023, and

• To hear updates on the renovation and the upcoming next chapter of the Renew Campaign.

The meeting will be held immediately following the 11:00 a.m. service. We will live stream the meeting so that those who cannot attend can observe the meeting but voting will only be available to those present in-person at the meeting.

In preparation of the meeting, we ask that you do the following:

1. Review the incoming officers up for election.

2. Be prepared to vote!
