makeRVA Writers' Round-table with RZIM's Jill Carattini

  • The Fourhundred 400 W 32nd St Richmond, VA, 23225 United States (map)

Join essayist, editor, speaker, and theologian Jill Carattini (and writers of Christian faith from around RVA) for a round-table and workshop on the joys, horrors, and disciplines of writing for both church and secular audiences. Jill is managing editor of A Slice of Infinity at Ravi Zacharias International Ministries in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jill will be one of our featured artists at the Makers Series | Embodied evening on Friday night (see that event for more details), and our Saturday morning session will be a chance to get to know her and pick her brain about the craft of spiritual writing, but also to spend a couple of hours connecting with writers of all stripes from around Richmond: poets, bloggers, screen-writers, journalists, editors, humorists, novelists, instructional video script-writers, people who may have just published books on theology and the arts.

he roundtable is sponsored by makeRVA (a collaborative outreach of and two the local arts community) and is hosted by Redemption Hill Church at The Fourhundred, their space just off of Semmes Avenue on the south-side, just east of Forest Hill Park, at

400 W. 32nd Street
